Send us the event details using the enquiry form. We will send you a clear quote based on your requirements. Once you are happy to proceed, we confirm the act’s availability, then issue a Booking Contract and deposit invoice. When the deposit is paid, your act is fully secured.

As early as possible, especially for peak seasons such as Christmas, Summer and New Year’s Eve. That said, we can also help with last-minute bookings.

Prices vary depending on the act, location, date and performance times. Once you share your event details, we provide a clear, tailored quote.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure any booking. The remaining balance is due by the date stated on the contract.

If travel is required, it will be shown clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.

Yes. All quoted prices include VAT, as we are VAT registered

Each act has specific needs. Common requirements include:

• A private changing area
• Access to power
• A safe performance space
• Weather cover for outdoor events

All requirements will be shown on your Booking Contract.

Most do. It should be private, secure and large enough for costumes and equipment.

Many can. They may need weather protection or a firm, level surface. We will tell you what is required.

Most musicians and DJs do. Others may require the venue to provide a PA system. We confirm everything in advance.

Each act is different. We confirm set lengths in your quote and contract.

Yes, within reason. Timings must be agreed before the event day.

If an act is available to stay longer, an additional fee may apply. This must be approved by Chosen Events Entertainment.

Yes. Breaks are needed for costume changes, rest or resetting equipment. Breaks will always be planned around your event.

We arrange a suitable replacement from our trusted network. If a replacement cannot be found, you receive a full refund for that act.

Yes. All performers are experienced, insured and used to corporate events, weddings and private celebrations.

Yes, where applicable. Some acts are solo performers and others are teams. We confirm everything during booking.
