So when is the right time to hire a magician?
Drink Receptions - One of the best times to hire a magician is during the drinks reception. Magic entertainment will be performed among your guests as they arrive attracting their attention in small groups. Performing magic at a drinking reception is a deal-breaker and often helps create a buzz and make people talk.
Around Tables - Our magician goes around tables performing a brief magic show for your guests.
After Dinner - Our events magician will perform after the meal and speeches which can last a maximum of 30 minutes. It is advisable that we perform magic after dinner shortly before the dancing session starts.
Conversely, if you are hosting a small dinner, the magician can perform parlour style entertainment for one hour or less. This is a mixture of cabaret magic and table magic that goes down a storm.

How many magicians will I need for my event?
The number of Magicians you needed will depend on how many guests you have at your event. We recommend approximately 100 guests per magician; this will give each Magician enough time to perform for everyone at the event - during the drinks and dinner. We also book many teams of magicians for larger events. The biggest booking, we have taken on was for 15 magicians for 1,200 guests.
What do the close up magicians wear when performing?
Our Magicians will attend your event in smart attire. However, if you have a specific request such as a black tie, tuxedo or even street gear, or you are having a themed event, please inform us at the time of enquiry.
Do your magicians perform at children’s birthday parties?
No, however, younger children have completely different needs when it comes to entertainment and you need a specialised children’s entertainer (in the same way you wouldn’t book a kid’s entertainer to perform for your corporate clients). Please contact us for more details.
