Yes, VAT is included in our pricing as we are legally required to charge it. We work with a wide range of budgets and ensure our quotes are clear and competitive, with no hidden surprises.
All bookings are secured by a legally binding contract, and cancellations may incur a fee:
- Cancellation fees apply for non-Force Majeure reasons and are calculated as a percentage of the artist’s net fee (excluding travel costs).
Force Majeure Events
You may cancel without penalty if unforeseeable disasters occur, such as war, fire, national emergencies, serious illness, epidemics, or acts of God.
If the artist cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or a Force Majeure event:
- We will notify you immediately and help source a suitable replacement.
- Our 24-hour emergency cover service ensures we can support you even at short notice.
If an artist cancels for reasons outside the contract, they are legally bound to find a replacement or refund any payments you’ve made.
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible for most of our acts as they specialise in private events. However, we provide high-quality demo materials, videos, and customer reviews to help you choose with confidence.
Yes! Two weeks before your event, we’ll connect you with the artist to finalise details. If you need to speak with them earlier, just let us know.
Note: Artists generally don’t conduct site visits unless necessary, and additional fees may apply.
The ideal entertainment depends on your venue, audience size, and the type of atmosphere you want to create. By sharing a few key details, we can provide tailored recommendations.
Consider the following:
- Venue: Is it indoors or outdoors?
- Timing: Will the event take place during the day or evening?
- Audience: Is it family-friendly or exclusively for adults?
- Setup: Are guests seated or standing?
- Space: Is there room for a dedicated performance area?
With this information, we’ll help you find the perfect entertainment to make your event truly unforgettable.
Sound limiters monitor noise levels and cut power if the sound exceeds the set threshold. Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Notify us: Let us know immediately if your venue has a limiter.
- Band options: Choose artists with quieter setups, like acoustic bands, cajon percussionists, or acts with electronic drum kits.
- Threshold guidance: Most bands can perform under a limiter set to 95dB or higher. If it’s lower, it may restrict their performance.
Our team will guide you in selecting the best entertainment for your venue’s restrictions.
Artists work hard to deliver amazing performances, and providing a rider is part of ensuring their comfort and professionalism.
- Daytime acts: Supply soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.
- Evening acts: Provide a hot meal or high-quality buffet. If this isn’t possible, let us know in advance so we can arrange a per diem.
Make sure the artist’s meal is ready after their first performance. Drinks (non-alcoholic) should also be available in their changing room or from the bar.
We’re selective, ensuring only the best make the cut:
- Rigorous Application: Artists provide demo materials and proof of professional experience.
- Detailed Screening: We verify their reliability, skills, and suitability for events.
- Continuous Feedback: After every performance, we collect feedback from clients to ensure ongoing quality.
