Our professional photographers will set up an attractive stand where guests can have their photos taken, or we can provide roaming photographers for a more flexible setup. Each guest's eye is photographed in about a minute, followed by an in-camera preview and an explanation of its unique features. Our editing team then enhances the image, producing a professional-quality print that guests can collect.

For standard events, we provide two crew members: one for shooting and one for editing. For larger events, we recommend additional crew to accommodate more guests efficiently.

OPTIONAL SERVICES 

Artworking
We can use all the eye images from an event to create a stunning piece of bespoke large-format art, depicting a shape or logo. This is a great way to celebrate the event's unity and gives the host an eye-catching piece of original art to display or share online.

Data Capture
Every guest we photograph will enter their name and email address into our tablet so we can send them their eye portrait. We can also add custom fields to capture additional information or feedback, which is particularly valuable at trade shows or public events. The collected data is delivered as a spreadsheet after the event.

Enhanced Privacy
Typically, we send guests a link to a shared gallery with all the eye images. For enhanced privacy, we can instead send each guest an individual email containing only their own eye portrait.
