Mini Dutch Pancakes
Mini Dutch Pancakes, also known as "poffertjes," are delightful bite-sized treats that originated in the Netherlands. These tiny, fluffy pancakes are traditionally made with a special batter that includes buckwheat flour, yeast, and milk, resulting in a light and spongy texture. Served piping hot, they are typically topped with a generous dusting of powdered sugar and a dollop of butter.
Their irresistible aroma and charming appearance make them a popular street food and a favourite at festivals and markets worldwide. Whether enjoyed as a snack, dessert, or breakfast option, Mini Dutch Pancakes offer a delightful taste of Dutch culinary culture in every delightful mouthful.
- Includes a uniformed member of staff, wooden cutlery, napkins and plates.
- Output is 50 portions per hour (8 mini pancakes per portion) with toppings on.
- The machine requires 2.4kw power.
- We can provide a 'Toppings Table' so your guests can choose the different combinations for their Mini Pancakes.
- Cart Dimensions: 223cm (H) to parasol, 80cm (D) 98cm (W).
Note: The cart base (80cm x 100cm) does not dismantle. So access must be wide enough to accommodate this. Not suitable for steps/stairs so elevator must be available (unless ground floor). If this is not possible we can supply a 4ft or 6ft table with a cloth to serve from (which we can fold and carry).

Line Dancers (Supreme)
It was the first time that the Club has used a similar service and the dancers were excellent and also able to flex their approach to meet our needs (as the stage space was limited and headset mics in short supply). We captured some fantastic photos that show just how much our employees enjoyed the event and all the dancers were friendly and helpful.
