Whether a social or business dinner is taking place, a perfectly played piano is a welcome addition to the proceedings. It helps stimulate relaxed conversation amongst guests whilst they sip drinks or enjoy something to eat. The tinkling of the ivories creates a lovely sound and always played at the right volume. It is the most versatile of all solo instruments as it is suited to both formal and informal occasions.
Ed’s repertoire ranges from contemporary pop to jazz standards – and he can provide musical styles for any situation. From tinkling the ivories during a drinks reception to playing the perfect wedding ceremony entrance song, Ed’s piano playing will capture the moment perfectly.
Ed has a confident rhythmic but sensitive playing style. He plays intelligently according to the size of the venue number of people and the atmosphere. Ed provides his own Portable Electric Baby Grand piano, but if preferred he is also happy to play the piano at the venue.
