Our Magic Workshop for Team Building Days offers an engaging and participatory experience that's both entertaining and enlightening.
This interactive workshop includes everyone in a unique learning process that equips your team with the ability to dazzle and delight others, whether in meetings or social gatherings. Contrary to the saying, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks," this workshop shows you can!
Through the course of creativity, problem-solving, learning, practising, performing, and repeated feedback, participants will explore facets of magic such as misdirection and problem-solving. While a brief 1 or 2-hour session won't turn anyone into a master magician, it will introduce them to captivating new skills and plenty of fun.
The experience may start outside participants' comfort zones, but the process of learning to charm an audience is rewarding. Openly learning from mistakes and enhancing skills through iterative feedback and review is central to the workshop. It's an enjoyable journey to become proficient in delivering magic, and the skills learned continue to grow with each performance long after the workshop concludes.
Best of all, our workshop can be customised to align with specific business themes, such as creativity, interpersonal skills, rapport building, communication, confidence development, and team bonding. Past themes have even included embracing failure as a learning opportunity. This makes it not just a magical experience but a valuable and versatile tool for corporate growth and collaboration.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A MAGIC WORKSHOP?
Our magician teaches small groups, usually 5-20 people. If it's a big event with lots of people, each group might learn different things, like card tricks or mind-reading. This is fun and helps the teams get closer as they learn secret magic tricks and show them off to each other. The workshop starts with the magician doing a short magic show. This gets everyone excited and shows some tricks that they'll learn later.
Everyone gets to learn magic tricks using things like playing cards or business cards. The tricks can be easy or really cool, depending on what the event is about. They might learn how to guess things, read minds, or do quick math tricks. There's even a fun way to trick friends with bets. Everyone gets the stuff they need and a trick to keep with them. If there are business people, they can also learn a special way to give out their business cards that people will remember. That's what happens in the magic workshop – it's all about fun and magic!
