Performance Format & Audience

• Audience Size: Best for 100–200 people per session
• Show Style: Improvised walkabout-style show, not choreographed – every interaction is unique and heartfelt
• Photo Opportunity: No formal photo booth – candid, spontaneous photos encouraged throughout

Technical Requirements

• Performance Area: Oval-shaped, approx. 5m diameter, with inflatable semi-circular iceberg and white tarpaulin base. (Can be downsized if needed)
• Surface: Firm, dry, level, and clear
• Inflatable Power Supply: 13 amp, 240v (standard 3-pin or c-form accepted)
• Fixing: Iceberg and tarpaulin taped (indoors) or pegged (outdoors on dry, firm grass) for safety.
• Steward Required: A steward must monitor the iceberg and tarpaulin between sets – they’re not bouncy castles!
• Set-Up Time: 15 minutes for rig/de-rig (additional time required for costume changes)
• Note: Ideally, keep the inflatable set in place for the duration of the booking to avoid delays

PERFORMANCE TIMES 
Meet and Greet Only - 1 x 45 minute set interactive meet and greet between Polar Bear, Conservationist and the guests. For the biggest impact, we find the act works best as people first arrive at your event, they often work in the lobby and reception areas.

Public Shows - The Polar Bear performs 3 x 20 minutes OR 2 x 30 minute static shows.
