Our Animatronic Polar Bears, the largest land predators in the world, are big-time crowd pleasers, winning hearts at all sorts of events, from environmental expos and Christmas festivals to film premieres and even weddings! They make for unforgettable Christmas and party entertainment.

Accompanied by their arctic conservationist buddy, these bears bring a unique experience that feels like a mix between a petting zoo and a National Geographic special. You'll learn how polar bears thrive in the harsh Arctic and have a chance to pet our friendly giants, who love a good tickle behind their ears. Perfect for families, these interactive performances can host between 100-200 people per session.

While these polar bears are adventurous, they prefer indoor settings during winter to keep their fur looking top-notch. They're comfortable anywhere there's enough room, a power supply, and a changing area. Past venues include theatres, shopping centres, museums, TV studios, Christmas markets, and even atop a 50-meter geodesic dome. The only place they can't perform? Real ice!

The show is an improvised, immersive experience during which our Polar Bear reacts spontaneously to the audience, so it’s important that we’re able to interact directly with them. We therefore only perform our show at floor level.

We do not offer a photo shoot as standard as we prefer the spontaneity of live interaction. 

Technical Specification 

• The Polar Bear performs in an oval area approx. 5m in diameter defined at the back by our semi-circular inflatable iceberg and on the ground by a large round white tarpaulin. The size can be reduced if necessary by folding the tarpaulin or removing sections of the inflatable.
• The fan that inflates our iceberg requires a 13 amp, 240v power supply; we can use either a domestic 3 pin source or a c-form.
• We need a firm, level, and clear area for the performance. The Iceberg and tarpaulin will either be taped down (on hard surfaces) or pegged (on dry, firm grass to keep them in place.
• We will require a steward to look after the inflatable and performance area in between performances in case children mistake it for a bouncy castle
• The inflatable and tarpaulin can be rigged or de-rigged within 15 minutes. This does not include the time it takes for the performers to get in and out of costume, so if you need to remove the ice environment especially quickly, please provide a steward or two. It is preferable to leave the set in place throughout the booking. 

STANDARD LENGTH OF PERFORMANCE
Meet and Greet Only - 1 x 45 minutes set interactive meet & greet between Polar Bear, Conservationist and the guests. For the biggest impact, we find the act works best as people first arrive at your event, they often work in the lobby and reception areas.

Public Shows - The Polar Bear performs 3 x 20 minutes or 2 x 30 minutes static shows. We require a minimum 40 minute break between shows.
