About the Act
Turbo Jonez and Dai Llewellyn met during community service (for crimes they didn’t commit) and quickly bonded over a shared love of classic street dance and parody. Tired of the TV fuelled gangland clichés, they created a new mission: tour the country, challenge unsuspecting crews, and win audiences over, one comedic dance battle at a time.
Their performances blend retro breakdance routines, slapstick humour, and absurd physical comedy. With a trusty ghetto blaster, a roll of lino from Turbo’s ma’s kitchen, and a golden playlist of 1980s bangers, they bring a burst of throwback joy to every show.

It was the first time that the Club has used a similar service and the dancers were excellent and also able to flex their approach to meet our needs (as the stage space was limited and headset mics in short supply). We captured some fantastic photos that show just how much our employees enjoyed the event and all the dancers were friendly and helpful. It helped us to get into the party spirit and also set the Western theme/tone really well
