Fairy Queens – Children’s Entertainment

Fairy Queens provide kids' entertainment with a funky, fresh and creative approach for store events, corporate packages, and private parties in London and beyond! Balloon Modellers, Bubble Entertainers, Magicians, Storytellers and their speciality – Fairies!

There are many varieties of Fairies: Face-painting Fairy, Fairy Bubbles, The Funky Roller-Fairy, Christmas and of course Twinkle and Sparkle the original Fairies.

Circus Skills

This workshop is always a big hit with all ages and capabilities and great for keeping kids (and adults!) amused at Fundays or shopping centres. Children build confidence, improve co-ordination and of course have lots of fun!

Lead by 2 entertainers, who also meet and greet your guests as they arrive. Equipment includes: Devil Sticks, Diablo, Juggling, Junior Stilts, Parachute games, Pedal Goes, Plate Spinning, Poi and much much more.

Fairy Queens are one of the few companies to provide face painters in character - Matilda the Face Painting Witch is always in demand at Halloween and of course their speciality - beautiful Face Painting Fairies. Other characters are available.

They are unable to paint children under 2 years of age and for little wrigglers it's not always possible to paint a whole face, as an alternative they would offer to paint an arm instead.

They know exactly how many kids can be painted per hour and they want to make sure that all who want to be painted can do so within the booking. If you are expecting a large volume of children or time is short then they can provide "cheek art" instead of full faces.

Fairy Queens use only top quality, water-based, hypo-allergenic materials.

Temporary Tattoos

Fairy Queens can also provide body art, anything from an arm to an entire body. Temporary tattoos are popular with all ages from toddlers to adults. Kids who are at that awkward age where they are hard to please will even think they are cool!

Fairy Queens Mini Makeover team bring the ultimate Pamper Parlour to your event. All wannabe Pop Stars and Princesses will be in girly heaven but the Cool Dudes will still enjoy it too.

Funky hair, Nail Art, Movie Star Make-Up, Temporary Tattoos - the only time mum won't tell you off for wearing make-up because she will want it too!

Complemented well with a Mini Disco, a DJ with disco lights and a professional Dance Instructor will turn kids into the next Beyonce or Justin Timberlake. Getting everybody on their feet with the latest funky moves dancing to the coolest tunes.

Ice Cream Queens – Children’s Entertainment

For events of any size, Ice Cream Queens serve miniature ice cream cones to your guests. Feel free to choose any flavour, or go with the standard vanilla and chocolate that everyone will love! Perfect for after dinner, or later in the evening as an extra treat, as sweet canapés at a drinks reception or film premiere. Their standard uniforms are the gorgeous 1950s inspired black and gold dresses, however they have a large selection of other alternatives to choose from.

Sam – Children’s Entertainment

Sam is based in the UK and has been a full-time performer since 1997.

An experienced juggler and comedian, Sam performs at a wide variety of shows and events worldwide.

A great party idea that will entertain, educate and exhaust your children all at the same time. Sam provides a juggling show and circus workshop package for all children's events. These include balancing, diabolo, tight rope walking, plate spinning and much much more!

School Assemblies and Workshops

Sam is also available for 20 minute school assemblies, followed by circus workshops for all classes.

The day begins with an interactive 30-minute assembly featuring the history, physics and technology of the Yo-Yo as well as an amazing display of Yo-Yo trickery. Pupils get a chance to join in.

Yo-Yo improves fine motor skills and co-ordination. It also underlines the importance of focus, patience and practice and is a fun and inclusive activity.

Suzie – Children’s Entertainment

London based children's entertainer Suzie can offer loads of fantastic children's birthday party fun for lots of different age ranges. Depending on the age of the children, and what thrilling "ingredients" you'd like in your birthday party, Suzie can offer a marvellous mixture of mirth, magic and merriment for all.

Suzie can entertain with a marvellous magic show (with loads of audience participation!), amazing games, balloon modelling, story telling, bubble machine, dancing, Scruffy the puppet, clowning, plate spinning, circus skills, and parachute games too. If there's enough time she can also do face-painting, but remember that it can take up to five minutes per child's face. She provides her own music system.

She can also provide a circus workshop for an older child's party, and can perform feats of daring and danger such as braving the bed of nails.

We use top quality, metal dance mats, with hand rails for stability.

4 Lane Giant Scalextric – Children’s Entertainment

We have a unique (8 x 6ft) 4 lane Giant Scalextric track ideal for children’s parties.

During the party we run race competitions and make the children feel part of the great sport with live commentary and sound effects. At the end of the party the winner collects their trophy and all the other racers collect their medals for taking part. This track can be hired for a period of up to 1 ½ hours.

DJ/Disco – Children’s Entertainment

Chosen Events' DJ’s have worked within the entertainment Industry for over ten years and booking one for your son or daughters birthday guarantees peace of mind and is the perfect entertainment for their special day.

Andy – Children’s Entertainment

For children's birthday parties Andy will delight with a full fantastic comedy magic show, he'll make a marvellous assortment of balloon animals and will entertain with fun close-up magic for kids too. He'll provide a music system for games, dancing and competitions, plus parachute games as well if there's room. Alternatively, if you’d like him to mix and mingle at an event, you can have him on stilts or unicycle, with his pockets full of magic to amaze and astound guests.

Andy first meets and greets the children as they arrive, getting to know them by making a few balloon animals, hats and flowers, and entertaining with a few fast and funny magic tricks. Plus a moment too where children can meet one of his puppets - usually Stinky the Bird, Colin the Raccoon or both!

He then sits them down and launch into a marvellous comedy magic show (with loads of fun audience participation). We find 45 minutes is a good length of time in which to do a show, but we can always do longer or shorter on request.

Andy’s magic show is full of fun and it's innovative too. Most of his magic involves getting children up to help him out with his comical conjuring shenanigans, and practically all of it involves the whole audience joining in with the magic ... or telling Andy how to do it properly when he keeps getting it wrong! He has lots of different marvellous magical routines for lots of different age ranges.

Usually, after an hour into the party, the children sit down for birthday tea as provided by the parents. He takes this opportunity to make balloon models for the children round the tables. His fun balloon hand-outs include dogs, cats, lions, tigers, monkeys, elephants, flying mice, rabbits, dinosaurs, horses, pigs, bees, wasps, snakes, dragons, butterflies, flowers, teddy bears, flowers, swords, fairy wings, magic wands and about seven different kinds of hat too (including his current favourite, the utterly hilarious "duck hat")

After the birthday tea - and probably birthday cake too, Andy plays some great party games. He provides his own super sound system for musical games and competitions.

We can provide walkabout children’s entertainers for both indoor and outdoor events. They entertain and create excitement with a mix of multi-skilled fun including magic, balloon modelling, juggling, clowning skills and more.

We have entertainers who can entertain with more than one skill. Our multi-skilled children's entertainers can do a marvellous mixture of children's magic, party games, balloon modelling, and walkabout puppet appearances; plus most also add in some other super skill specific to themselves, whether this be circus skills, close-up magic, story-telling or something else entirely.
